We are proud to assist our client, Rotortrade, a global helicopter dealer on planning and developing new MRO facilities at Special Integrated Logistics Zone (SILZ), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The phase 1 development will consist of 2 buildings and 2 hangars within the land plot of 20,000m2.
The construction is expected to commence on early 2nd quarter of 2026.
